Refund policy

For the purchase of goods, a right of withdrawal and a right of complaint apply in accordance with the Danish Consumer Agreements Act and the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

This policy applies only to online retail sales to private consumers.

Right of Withdrawal

Under the Danish Consumer Agreements Act, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. The withdrawal period is calculated from the day you receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify the seller in writing within the withdrawal period that you wish to cancel the purchase before returning the item. Returned goods must be in the same condition and quantity as at the time of purchase.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, as required by law. The seller will refund the purchase price of the item within 14 days of receiving notice of withdrawal.

Warranty / Right of Complaint

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or has a defect that was not disclosed by the seller prior to purchase, please contact us as soon as possible.

For insurance reasons, do not return the item immediately. Instead, contact the seller by email (info@saganordic.com) to agree on the return procedure.

Depending on the situation, you may be offered repair, replacement, a reasonable price reduction, or cancellation of the purchase with a full refund.
